スイートヴィラでは、ご予約後の「ご利用人数の変更」について、以下の通り承ります。ご予約経路（公式WEBサイト／その他予約サイト）によってお手続きが異なりますが、キャンセル料や人数変更の条件は共通です。必ずご確認ください。

 

 

共通条件（全予約経路）

・30日前まではキャンセル料なし（※プランによる）

・30日以内はキャンセル料あり

・人数変更はチェックインの7日前までにお手続きください

・料金は原則変わりません（一棟貸し・ルームチャージ制）。ただし、「清里 森テラス 美雲」「鎌倉浄明寺」など一部施設では人数（部屋数）により料金が変動いたします

注意事項
・返金不可プランなど一部では30日前でもキャンセル料が発生いたします。
・人数増は追加準備が必要なため、直前では対応できない場合があります。
・料金は原則変わりませんが、例外施設がございます。

 

キャンセルについて

お客様都合によるキャンセルについては、いかなる場合でもキャンセル料の免除はできかねます。また一度キャンセルされますと、キャンセルの取消はできません。

ただし下記のような状況の場合、無料キャンセルを承れる場合がございます。チェックインの１週間前までに下記までご相談ください。

■国が定める指定感染症が原因でご宿泊ができない
　→医療機関が発行する感染症診断書のご提出が可能な場合。

■台風など自然災害により、公共交通機関が運休になった
　→公共交通機関が発行する欠航証明のご提出が可能な場合。

■お車で宿泊施設へ向かわれる
　→証明書類のご提出ができないため、無料キャンセルを確約することはできませんが、宿泊施設が台風の進路上にあり、危険が予想（災害警報発令）される場合。

Important Notes

・Some plans, such as non-refundable plans, will incur a cancellation fee even if canceled 30 days in advance.

・Due to the need for additional preparations, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute increases in the number of participants.

・Prices are generally fixed, but there are some exceptions.

 

Regarding Cancellations

We cannot waive cancellation fees for cancellations due to personal reasons. Once a cancellation is made, it cannot be reversed.

However, free cancellation may be possible in the following circumstances. Please contact us at least one week prior to check-in.

■ You are unable to stay due to a designated infectious disease designated by the government.
→ You can submit a medical certificate of infectious disease issued by a medical institution.

 

■ Public transportation is suspended due to a natural disaster such as a typhoon.
→ You can submit a cancellation certificate issued by the public transportation company.

 

■ You are driving to the accommodation.
→ Because you cannot submit supporting documentation, we cannot guarantee free cancellation. However, this may be possible if the accommodation is in the path of a typhoon and danger is expected (disaster warning issued).
